Introduction
Zenco Group Limited formally unveiled its Vision, Mission, and Core Values on January 20, 2026, during a landmark strategic engagement session held in Lagos. The session marked a defining milestone in the Group’s corporate evolution, setting a clear strategic compass for 2026 and beyond.
The unveiling brought together executives, senior management and staff across Zenco Group and its subsidiaries for an in-depth conversation on purpose, performance and governance. Designed as both a strategic alignment and culture setting engagement, the session reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to people centered leadership, ethical governance and sustainable value creation.
Anchored by the Group Human Resources function, the programmed commenced with opening prayers offered in both Christian and Islamic traditions, underscoring Zenco Group’s commitment to inclusivity, respect and unity of purpose. Senior executives and key stakeholders were formally introduced, reinforcing leadership visibility and organizational cohesion.

Delivering the keynote address, the Chief Executive Officer, Otunba Adebanjo Otukomaya, emphasized that the strategic direction unveiled was not intended to replace existing foundations, but to strengthen them through deliberate value creation. He described employees as the Group’s most critical stakeholders and noted that organizational growth is inseparable from the personal and professional development of its people.
He further outlined the Group’s transition into a performance driven enterprise, anchored on disciplined budgeting, clearly defined targets and performance contracts across all subsidiaries. According to him, this framework will ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment at Group, unit, and individual levels.
At the center of the session was the formal adoption of Zenco Group’s Vision.

The Group also adopted its Mission at Zenco Group. We develop and manage a portfolio of high performing businesses by providing strategic direction and operational excellence while fostering ethical practices and innovation.
In reinforcing the desired organizational culture, Zenco Group unveiled its Core Values represented by the acronym DART: Decisive, Accountable, Respect and Trust. These values are expected to guide leadership behavior, operational decisions, and stakeholder relationships across the Group.
A highlight of the engagement was the Chief Executive Officer’s use of a cake and pie analogy to illustrate shared value creation. He explained that as the collective value of the organization grows, the benefits accruing each individual increase proportionately, reinforcing a culture of collective ownership and shared success.

The program also featured the recognition of outstanding staff across Zenco Group and its subsidiaries, followed by a networking session designed to foster collaboration, engagement and alignment with the Group’s strategic journey.
Speaking on the significance of the unveiling, Otunba Adebanjo Otukomaya said,
