Senior Officer - Audit, Risk and Compliance

Location: Ikoyi - Lagos

Role Overview:
To support the internal audit, risk, and compliance function in strengthening the internal control systems and risk management procedure. Likewise, provide assurance to the Executive Management by ensuring the integrity of transactions and activities relating to internal controls and systems, reduce risks of errors and frauds in the organization to the barest minimum.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of internal audit assignments across the Group’s business operations and functions.
• Review financial, operational, and administrative processes to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify control gaps, compliance issues, operational weaknesses, and areas of risk, and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards across the organization.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and support the development of risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure business activities align with approved policies and applicable laws/regulations.
• Investigate incidents of suspected fraud, irregularities, or policy violations, and prepare detailed findings reports.
• Track the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up with responsible departments to ensure timely closure of issues.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit, risk, and compliance reports for management review and decision-making.
• Support the development, review, and update of internal control policies, audit procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Analyse financial and operational data to detect unusual trends, exceptions, and potential risk exposures.
• Provide advisory support to departments on control measures, process improvement, and compliance obligations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and risk awareness across the Group.
• Consult with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders where required during reviews and assessments.
Qualifications:
B.Sc., HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, ACA, IIA or related fields.
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, ICAN) will be an added advantage.
4 – 7 years relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management, and compliance.

Role Overview:
The Sales Administrator will support the FMCG sales function by ensuring accurate order processing, proper documentation of sales transactions, timely preparation of reports, and effective coordination with customers, distributors, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams. The role is critical to ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient product delivery, accurate records, and improved customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, process, and track customer orders for FMCG products accurately and promptly.
