Emeka Nnadi is a highly accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in property development, sales, mortgage consulting, and strategic business growth. As General Manager of Zenco Properties Limited, he provides overall leadership for the company, driving operational excellence, business development, and client-focused solutions in the dynamic Nigerian real estate market.

Before joining Zenco Properties, Emeka built a distinguished career in banking and real estate finance, holding senior positions at ASO Savings and Loans Plc and Ecobank Nigeria Plc. He successfully led major property sales and financing initiatives, including off-plan developments, joint ventures with public and private partners, and high-value mortgage portfolio creation. His tenure includes coordinating large-scale projects such as the acquisition and development of estates in Lagos and Abuja, structuring construction loans, and pioneering public-private partnership housing projects.

Emeka combines deep financial and operational expertise with a strategic vision for sustainable growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Housing Development & Management from the University of Lagos, an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
