A Chartered Accountant (ACA) and MBA graduate of the University of Leeds, Gbenga combines strong financial discipline with commercial insight to support Zenco Group’s long-term vision. His professional career is marked by a consistent track record of restoring profitability, restructuring complex debt positions, securing multimillion-dollar financing, and strengthening financial control environments across multi-entity organizations.

In his role as CFO, Gbenga oversees Group-wide financial strategy, budgeting, performance management, treasury, compliance, and governance frameworks. He plays a central role in capital allocation decisions, financial risk management, and institutionalizing systems that enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency across Zenco Group subsidiaries.

He also leads Zenco Group’s relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies, reinforcing stakeholder confidence and ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
