Site Supervisor – Zenco Properties
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our residential and commercial construction sites. You will ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines—while maintaining the quality and integrity associated with the Zenco name.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise onsite construction activities, including labour, materials, and equipment

Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, structural specifications, and safety regulations

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow

Conduct regular quality inspections and report progress to project leadership
Requirements

Enforce site discipline and maintain accurate daily records

Minimum of 5 years experience in construction supervision
-
HND or B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
